Usage & Billing
The Usage page provides per-bucket metrics for data transfer and API operations, helping you understand your storage consumption.
Viewing Usage
- Navigate to Object Storage → Usage
- View the per-bucket breakdown table
Usage Metrics
The usage table displays the following per bucket:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Bucket | Bucket name |
| Data In | Total bytes uploaded to the bucket |
| Data Out | Total bytes downloaded from the bucket |
| Operations | Total number of API requests |
Operation Classes
API operations are categorized into two classes for billing purposes:
| Class | Operations | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Class A | PUT, POST, LIST | Write and list operations |
| Class B | GET, HEAD | Read and metadata operations |
